IL&FS Financial Services Limited (IFIN) operates the Group’s investment banking services. IFIN specializes in infrastructure financing transactions, with a unique combination of investment banking skill sets and lending capabilities under one roof.

India's leading non-banking finance company, IFIN has also established its international presence through its subsidiaries IL&FS Global Financial Services Pvt Ltd. in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and London.

Our private equity services are housed in IL&FS Investment Managers Limited (IIML). IIML is one of India's largest domestic private equity fund management companies, managing around USD 3 billion on behalf of leading Indian and international institutions.

From raising funds, making and planning investments, to restructuring and exits, IIML's experience and expertise cover the entire private equity lifecycle. Capital Market Services

The Group offers a full spectrum of equity capital market services through its subsidiary IL&FS Capital Advisors Limited.

Incorporated in FY 2007, IL&FS Securities Services Limited (ISSL) has now emerged as a service provider of repute. A critical mass of clients and diverse product lines support its business growth.
