Launchpads for the Future
ITUAL focuses on various aspects of real estate and urban infrastructure projects: from project conceptualization, to project development, management and O&M supervision. In addition it invests in the equity of the special purpose vehicles (SPVs) in the sector.
From Heritage to Hi-tech
ITUAL has developed India’s only FIFA and ICC compliant international stadium in Trivandrum, Kerala. It played a pivotal role in the revitalizing and ecological restoration of the 300-year old Jal Mahal and its surrounding Mansagar Lake in Rajasthan.
It is in the process of developing Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT), an 85 mn sq ft, mixed use, central business district near Ahmedabad which will include a special economic zone (SEZ) and an international tech park.
As part of Urban Asset Management we are also exploring new technologies and strategic tie ups for low cost housing in urban areas.
